Together, we’ll move through:

  1. Discovery Call – We start with a free 30-minute session to get to know each other and see if this work is the right fit

  2. Assessment Session – A deep dive into your current wellness landscape, habits, challenges, and values

  3. Vision Session – We’ll define your personal Wellness Vision and what success looks like for you

  4. Planning + Integration Sessions – You’ll receive a tailored action plan + space to adjust and fine-tune it based on real-life implementation

You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and momentum—plus a renewed connection to your own inner compass.

  • 3 Month Integration Plan

    Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions to solidify real, lasting change.
    This plan is designed for clients who’ve completed the Aura Reset and are ready to keep going—building on momentum to set longer-term goals, create new habits, and navigate the ups and downs of sustainable transformation. Each session includes targeted coaching to deepen clarity, develop next-step strategies, and troubleshoot challenges that come up between sessions.

    Ideal if you want support staying grounded, motivated, and aligned as you move into the next season of your wellness journey.

    $600 for six sessions (Save $150)

    Payment plan available: 2 payments of $300

  • Laser Accountability Check-Ins

    Short + focused sessions to keep you on track.
    These 15-minute bi-weekly (or weekly) check-ins are perfect if you don’t need full coaching sessions but want a gentle nudge, some structure, or a safe space to get back on track. You’ll come in with a focus, and we’ll quickly assess progress, remove any roadblocks, and reset intentions for the days ahead.

    Ideal if you thrive with structure, deadlines, and someone in your corner reminding you what you said you’d do.

    $150 for six mini-sessions
